Whereas Israel needs a stream of western immigrants to help populate the country and to develop its industrial and professional services, and

Whereas religious immigrants can greatly influence the religious dimensions of the country, therefore

The Rabbinical Council of America in convention assembled,

CALLS upon its rabbis and their congregations to encourage Aliya to Israel.
